Jamiah Aisha Siddiqah Lil, Binnat (a madrasah for girls) is successfully providing educational services for the girls in the city of Khanpur. There are nearly two hundred girls enrolled here who are getting a religious education under the administration of this Jamiah. The faculty of the institution consists of twelve female and three male teachers. A complete course study of Hadith Sharif (The holy sayings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is also taught here.
